Deception for sexual access

Definition

Obtaining sexual access through material lies or concealment of facts that, if known, would have led the target to withhold consent. The deception functions as a form of coercive control by manufacturing a false basis for intimacy, thereby violating the target's sexual autonomy, dignity, and right to informed choice.

How it operates

Lies, including withholding truth, about identity, monogamy, marital or relationship status, intentions, health status (including STI status), or other material facts that induce sexual consent. Concealment of parallel relationships or intentions that would have altered the target's decision.
